Patient Newsletters

Your newsletters will keep you in touch with your most important asset - your patients

• We recommend using the email version for the majority of your patients, because there is no additional cost
• The printable version gives you an option for patients that do not use email and you can print these yourself
• You get access to 12 unique print newsletters with 12 more added each additional year of service
• We will create unique to your practice newsletters to broadcast information to your patients
• You also get a specialized email newsletter to send to a patient before they come in for their first visit
  • Have whoever takes the appointment call enter the patients email address and name into the easy to use web-based Control Panel (admin system) while they are on the phone with the patient
  • Includes a link to your Patient Forms (from your website) to facilitate the patient completing their forms before they come in for the first time
  • Link to the Google Maps on your site, to make you easier to find
  • Includes a list of items to bring to their first visit
  • Helps outline the whole physical therapy process

Our doctor newsletters help promote both your practice and the whole physical therapy profession

E-mail Version

The most cost effective way to communicate is email - it takes less time, has lower distribution cost and allows for automation

• Email newsletters are sent as a multi-part, both HTML and plain text are sent, the email client picks the version to display
• The HTML version is formatted to display correctly in most email clients with colors that match up with your website and logo
• Only one image is used in the HTML, because many email clients default to images not displayed, the newsletter will look Okay without this image
• Email newsletters follow industry guidelines for not being considered spam
• Email newsletters include:
  • A list of services you offer
  • Your clinic address(es) and phone number(s)
  • Links to your website and specific pages in it
  • A Refer Us to Friend link, so a newsletter can be shared with others
  • Where appropriate they have a table of contents at the top
  • A link to the printable version (not on all newsletters)
  • HIPAA warning
  • Unsubscribe link
  • Short privacy statement - "We will never share, rent or sell your email address"

• Control Panel is run from a secured web page, protected by your own username and password
