I track where all my referrals come from. In '04 we got 2 from our old website. In all of '05 we got 7.
In January there were 9 new referrals from our new website with E-rehab and in February there were 8.
I am not sure if it is due to the fact that we are so excited about our new site that we market it more or if it is the Google(R) AdWords or both, but we have generated quite a bit of business since we switched to E-rehab.
Some of our referral sources have seen it and like it so much they want a site like ours. They love the idea of downloadable paperwork. In fact my feedback from our patients is that that they love the fact that they can fill their paperwork out before they come in too.
